SOFINTER Group Audit Committee, whose main functions and tasks are to ensure application and effectiveness of the Organization, Management and Control Model, was appointed by the Board of Directors on March 24th, 2017 and will remain in charge until March 23th, 2019.
The Committee is composed of the following members:
